Legislative Agenda: Our goal is to contribute $60 million annually to the to Arizona economy by 2008. More importantly, this funds will be generated almost excusively in rural Arizona. The AWGA has developed a comprehensive program for Rural Economic Development in Arizona. This program will create sustainable employment, increase property values and continue to build on the success of our wine industry by developing new vineyards and wineries. We are currently working to gain support for our program from the federal and state government.
