Jim Seder: Wine Inquirer

Joe LaVilla: Academic Director of the International Culinary Schools at the Art Institute of Phoenix. Author.

Brent Karlicek: Wine Director for LGO (includes La Grande Orange, Postino, Radio Milano & more)

Steve Baker: Scottsdale Culinary Institute

Jock Wulffson: Owner Backstreet Wine Salon
